Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In the same condition as received

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hamnastudio1@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Personal care items


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.

Stitching services are not provided.
